GROUND OPS ROASTERY + BAKEHOUSE
ALLERGEN & GLUTEN-FRIENDLY INFORMATION

Your safety matters to us.

At Ground Ops Roastery + Bakehouse, we prepare handcrafted bakery items, meals, and beverages in a working kitchen that handles a variety of common food allergens. We want customers to have clear information so they can make informed choices.

INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS IN OUR KITCHEN

Our baked goods may include:
• Wheat and wheat-based flour (gluten)
• Milk and dairy products
• Eggs
• Peanuts and peanut-derived ingredients
• Tree nuts, depending on the recipe or ingredients
• Soy and soy-derived ingredients
• Sesame and other seeds
• Seed oils and other cooking oils

Other allergens may be present in specialty items, seasonal recipes, purchased ingredients, or food supplied by vendors. The exact ingredients vary by product.

SHARED EQUIPMENT & CROSS-CONTACT

Our bakery and kitchen use shared preparation surfaces, equipment, utensils, ovens, and food-handling areas. Although we take care in preparing food, cross-contact can occur. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, eggs, soy, or sesame.

GLUTEN-FRIENDLY OPTIONS

Some Ground Ops products may be described as “gluten-friendly.” This is not the same as “gluten-free.” Our sourdough products made with wheat still contain gluten, even after fermentation. Gluten-friendly items are prepared in a kitchen that also uses wheat flour, and we cannot guarantee against gluten cross-contact.

If you have celiac disease or significant gluten sensitivity, please speak with our team and carefully consider our shared-kitchen environment before ordering.

PLEASE TELL US ABOUT YOUR ALLERGIES

Before placing your order, let our team know about any food allergy or dietary restriction. We can review available ingredient information, but recipes, substitutions, toppings, and suppliers can change. If we cannot verify that a product is appropriate for your needs, we will tell you.

Customers with severe allergies should not assume an item is allergen-free based on its name, appearance, or a “gluten-friendly” description.
